Visit these historic gardens during Virginia's prime garden time. Travel to Richmond and tour the many gardens. Stroll among the enchanting flower beds, visit the gracious arboretum and enjoy a delicious lunch in their restaurant.Depart the Hampton Roads area this morning and travel to Richmond.
(Depart time will be determined by the number of pick ups we have)
10:00 A.M.: Arrive at Lewis Ginter Gardens for our guided tour. A horticulturist will take us through the extensive gardens and help make the gardens come alive, so to speak.
12:00 Noon: Lunch will be served at the garden restaurant. After lunch there will be time to explore the gardens on your own and even make time for the wonderful gift shop!
3:00 P.M.: Depart for home returning between 5:00 and 6:30 PM.
PRICE: Price: $79 per person (no refunds after March 28, 2010 unless cancellation waiver has been purchased.)
TERMS: Trip includes round trip motor coach transportation, tour, lunch and the services of a guide for the day.
