Join us for a delightful day as we celebrate the legend and music of Patsy Cline. This musical journey follows the career of this musical icon and highlights over 27 songs such as, "I Fall To Pieces" and "After Midnight." Before the curtain goes up enjoy a terrific lunch at the historic Hanover Tavern, once owned by Patrick Henry. There will be time to explore this unique venue.
8:30-10:00 AM: Depart the Hampton Roads area. We will serve a breakfast snack on board the coach as we travel just outside of Richmond to Hanover.
11:30 Noon: Arrive at Hanover Tavern for a delicious lunch. We also hope to take a tour of this two hundred year old eatery.
2:00 PM: The curtain goes up on "Always Patsy Cline" at the Barksdale Theater. This 160 seat theater is located inside Hanover Tavern. Follow the life of this country and western heroine as she develops her musical talent and shares a special friendship that sustains her through her all too brief career.
4:00 PM: Depart for the Hampton Roads area arriving home between 5:30 and 6:30 PM.
PRICE: $110 per person. Included in this price is the cancellation waiver fee.
Terms: Trip includes round trip motor coach transportation, lunch at Hanover Tavern, the Barksdale theater show, and the services of a tour director for the day. All gratuities are included except those of the driver and tour director.
